Chris Hinkle, President of JJN & Associates LLC, is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent with over 25 years of federal law enforcement experience.  He began his FBI career in Washington DC as a lead investigator on the National Computer Crime Squad and later as a Supervisory Special Agent at FBI Headquarters.  In addition to addressing complex cyber crimes, he was assigned to the investigations of the 9/11 terrorist attacks at the Pentagon, DC Sniper, and the Anthrax Threats.  He also developed, directed, and conducted large scale Online Undercover Operations and was an adjunct FBI instructor.  He has been a featured speaker at many events inside and outside of law enforcement.  His expertise on investigative matters and training was lauded by the Honorable Judge David Sentelle of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit during a presentation on Internet Email Header Tracing at the Edward Bennett Williams Inn of the American Inns of Court.



In 2006, he was promoted and assigned as a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI Jackson Division in Mississippi.  He coordinated the Violent Crimes, Gangs, Drugs, Cyber Crimes, Victim Assistance, and Civil Rights Programs.  He also managed the FBI Jackson Division Undercover, Private Sector Coordination, InfraGard, and Diversity & Inclusion Programs.  He is  a Certified Hostage Negotiator, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) expert, and Counterintelligence investigator.  He is also considered among the best at conducting interviews and interrogations.  Chris has lead investigations and conducted interrogations around the world.
